Concierge”, “us”, or “we”) is committed to providing
members with a secure online environment. To help you understand our
privacy policy, the following information explains our
information-gathering and dissemination practices for our web site
located at BVIConcierge.com (the “Web Site”), and our concierge
products and services, (collectively, the “Bella Vida
Concierge Services”).
WHAT THIS

This Privacy Policy describes Bella Vida
Concierge’s use of Personal Information and Anonymous
Information that we collect when you use the Bella Vida
Concierge Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply
to the use of your Personal Information that is collected by third
parties that Bella Vida Concierge does not own or
control or that do not support Bella Vida Concierge in
providing the Bella Vida Concierge Services.
“Personal Information” is information that is personally
identifiable like names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or phone
numbers, as well as other non-public information that is associated
with the foregoing. BY USING THE Bella Vida
Concierge SERVICES OR SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH OUR
Bella Vida Concierge SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT
TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THIS
PRIVACY POLICY. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE PROCESSED BY US IN
THE COUNTRY WHERE IT WAS COLLECTED AS WELL AS OTHER COUNTRIES
(INCLUDING THE UNITED STATES) WHERE LAWS REGARDING PROCESSING OF
PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE LESS STRINGENT THAN THE LAWS IN YOUR

INFORMATION
This section provides an overview of the kinds of
personal information we ask for and how we use it in connection with
the Bella Vida Concierge Services. Details of these
practices can be found following the overview:
Ordering products and services
on the Bella Vida Concierge Web site
You can request products or services from Bella Vida
Concierge by phone, fax, email, or the online request form. In some
cases, you also have the option of requesting and paying for the
service entirely online. The request form asks for personal
information that identifies who you are, such as your name, email
address, and shipping address, as well as financial information,
such as your credit card number and the card's expiration date. This
type of information will also be collected by us if you request
products and services by phone, fax, or email. In general, we will
collect any information (including Personal Information) necessary
to accommodate your request and to provide you with the Bella Vida
Concierge products and services.
Participating in surveys
Occasionally, we may give you the opportunity to participate in a
survey online or by email to help us adapt the Bella Vida
Concierge Services to the expressed needs of
customers. If you decide to accept, we may ask for demographic
information, such as your age and ZIP code, but typically we will
not ask for, and therefore not collect any, Personal Information.
Participating in promotions
Occasionally, we may announce a special promotion or offer on the
Bella Vida Concierge Web site or by email, if you have
elected to receive emails. If you choose to participate, we may ask
for certain information that identifies who you are, such as your
name and address, so that we can follow through on the promotion.
Sending gifts to others
When you use Bella Vida Concierge services to send a
gift to someone else, we ask you to give us the necessary personal
information of the recipient so that we can fulfill your request.
Sending us email
When you contact us by email, we automatically receive your email
address, as well as any contact information that is included in, or
attached to, the email.
HOW WE COLLECT
INFORMATION
We capture and store information from the Web site in the following
ways:
Session IDs/Log Files
Like most Web sites, we automatically gather certain types of
information and store it in log files each time you visit
MyConcierge. The system retains the information only for the
duration of the session, and your individual identity remains
anonymous unless you place an order.
Session information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, the
type of Web browser you use, your Internet service provider, your
computer's operating system, a date/time stamp for your visit, and
clickstream data (indicating the Web pages you navigate to).
We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site,
track users' movements around the site, and gather aggregated
information about our user base as a whole.
Cookies
We reserve the right to use cookies (small text files that store
data on your computer for record-keeping purposes) on the Web Site.
We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your
web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer
until you delete them). While you will still be able to use the
Bella Vida Concierge Services if you disable cookies
in your web browser, certain parts of the Bella Vida
Concierge Services may not function as effectively.
Other Sources
We may receive Personal Information about you from other sources
like telephone or fax, or from third parties that provide services
for us in connection with the Bella Vida Concierge
Services. We may add this information to the information we have
already collected from you via our Bella Vida
Concierge Services.
HOW WE USE
INFORMATION
The Web Site describes the benefits, products and services available
as part of the Bella Vida Concierge membership.
To provide these services, Bella Vida Concierge
coordinates with a network of product and service providers around
the world to arrange special benefits, upgrades, discounts, and
preferred status for Bella Vida Concierge members.
In general, Personal Information you submit to us is used by us
either to provide your with Bella Vida Concierge
products and services, respond to requests that you make, to improve
our Bella Vida Concierge Services and to better tailor
the features, performance and support of the Bella Vida
Concierge Services, and to offer you additional
information, opportunities, and functionality:
Customer service
As needed, we communicate with you to reply to your questions and
provide the services you ask for.
Customer profiles
At any time, you can view, change, or update your personal
information in your customer profile by clicking "Your Profile" on
the upper right area of any Bella Vida Concierge
screen.
Special offers and updates
Occasionally, we communicate information on products, services,
special offers, and promotions. Out of respect for your privacy, we
give you the option not to receive these types of communications.

Service-related announcements
On rare occasions, we may send you an email announcement related to
our Web-based services, but only when it is necessary to do so—for
example, if access to the Web site is temporarily closed for
maintenance, or if we make changes to our Terms and Conditions or
Privacy Policy. Because service-related communications are not
promotional, you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
We may also use your Personal Information to provide you with
notifications related to your use of the Bella Vida
Concierge Services, such as electronic newsletters or promotional
e-mails, should you request to receive such communications from us.

INFORMATION

Aggregated information
Aggregated information includes general data about such things as
the number of people who visit our Web site, what sections they
visit most, what ZIP codes they live in, and whether they're male or
female. Unlike personal information, such as your name and email
address, aggregated information does not allow us to identify
individuals. We may create aggregate information from Personal
Information by excluding information (such as your name) that makes
the information personally identifiable to you. We may also create
Anonymous Information on how you use the Bella Vida
Concierge Services, or Bella Vida Concierge products
and services. We may use this Anonymous Information for internal
purposes, such as analyzing usage patterns so that we may enhance
our Bella Vida Concierge Services.
We may share aggregated information about our customer base as a
whole with existing or potential Bella Vida' clients, and our
network of service providers, such as the spas, restaurants, ticket
services, and other service providers we work with to arrange
products, services, and special offers for Bella Vida
Concierge customers.
Feedback
If you provide feedback to us, we may use and disclose such feedback
for any purpose, provided we do not associate such feedback with
your Personal Information. We will collect any information contained
in such feedback and will treat the Personal Information in it in
accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Personal information
We do not share any personal information that identifies who you are
with other companies and service providers, except for the following
reasons:
SERVICE PROVIDERS: We share Personal
Information with third party providers and suppliers who work on
behalf of or with us to provide you with Bella Vida
Concierge products and services and to help us communicate with you
when we arrange and bill for products and/or services you request.
Third Party providers and suppliers include, without limitation, the
spas, restaurants, ticket services, florists, transportation
agencies, cell phone services, credit card processors, gift sources,
and other providers and suppliers we work with to arrange products,
services, and special offers for Bella Vida Concierge
members. Bella Vida Concierge coordinates with a
network of product and service providers and suppliers around the
world to arrange special benefits, upgrades, discounts, and
preferred status for Bella Vida Concierge members.
Bella Vida Concierge requires all product and service
providers and suppliers to follow federal, state and local laws and
guidelines regarding privacy and data security. [However, these
third party products service providers and suppliers do not have any
independent right to use information that we have shared with them
except as to help us providing the Bella Vida
Concierge Services.]These third party providers and suppliers may
also require you to provide Personal Information to them directly as
part of providing their services and/or products. Please note that
this Privacy Policy only governs the collection, use, and disclosure
of information by Bella Vida Concierge and not any the
collection and subsequent use and disclosure of Personal Information
of any third party, including third party product and service
providers and suppliers. Please go the web site of such entities and
get information about how they handle Personal Information directly
from them.
SURVEY ADMINISTRATORS: Occasionally, we
share personal information with companies that are helping us
conduct a survey. All third party service providers that help us
conduct customer surveys are prohibited from using your personal
information for any other purpose.
EMAIL DISTRIBUTION VENDORS: For some
communications, such as newsletters, we may use an outside email
service to deliver the communication to Bella Vida
Concierge customers. The email service is prohibited from using your
personal information for any other purpose.
Opting In
We give you the opportunity to opt in to having your information
used for certain purposes. The opt-in option is available at the
time we ask for this information, as well as under Preferences in
the "YourProfile" section, which you can find in the upper right
area of any Bella Vida Concierge Web screen. The
opt-in option is available for:
Receiving newsletters, reminders through the Bella Vida
Concierge Reminder Service, and Bella Vida
Concierge announcement emails, other than
service-related communications about Web site maintenance issues.
Participating in surveys and promotions. If you initially choose not
to opt in for any of these instances and later change your mind, you
can use the Opt In feature in your customer profile to begin
delivery of these communications.
We will not otherwise share personal information you provide to us
with third parties other than for the reasons stated above, unless
we first notify you and receive your approval
Disclosure
Although we currently do not have a parent company, any
subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common
control (collectively, “Affiliates”), we may in the future. We may
share some or all of your Personal Information with these
Affiliates, in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor
this Privacy Policy.
In the event Bella Vida Concierge goes through a
business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another
company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your Personal
Information will likely be among the assets transferred. You
acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of
Bella Vida Concierge or its assets may continue to use
your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. You
hereby consent to Bella Vida Concierge sharing your
Personal Information under the above circumstances.
We may disclose information we have collected from and about you
(including Personal Information) if we believe in good faith that
such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy; or (c) to protect and defend

The Bella Vida Concierge Services may contain links to
other web sites that are not owned or controlled by Bella Vida
Concierge. The provision of such links is for your
convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such web sites
or location or its contents. We have no control over, do not review
and are not responsible for the privacy policies of or content
displayed on such other web sites. Please be aware that the terms of
our Privacy Policy do not apply to any outside web sites.
PRIVACY OF MINORS
We do not intentionally collect or maintain information in the Bella
Vida Concierge Services from those users of the Bella
Vida Concierge Services who are under 13 years old.

SECURITY
In general, we strive to protect your Personal Information, and we
follow the latest industry standards to protect any information you
submit to us, both during transmission and after we receive it. In
general, we strive to use every industry standard to protect your
personal information. In particular, when you submit sensitive
information, such as your credit card number, we encrypt that
