A: Bella Vida Concierge has
a worldwide network ready to take care of any request you might
have! No matter where you are, we are standing by.

which is available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

number upon request of ALL services. This step protects our
members' membership and associated benefits.

Q: What is a Corporate Concierge?
A: A corporate concierge is a service put in place for your
employees, either as a company benefit or an incentive, to help them
balance the demands of a bustling, professional, modern lifestyle. A
corporate concierge provides employees with numerous personal
services, information services, entertainment arrangements, and
travel coordination. Corporate concierge programs are customized to
suit an organization's needs.

A: Bella Vida Concierge and our partners are

Q: What is the minimum time we can hire you
for?
A: Our packages range from 1 year to 3 years. However IF you are
looking for 1 assistant full time just for you, we can structure
something special to accommodate your needs.
Q: Can a concierge place an order on my
behalf?
A: In most cases; however, the process can vary depending on the
merchant.
Q: Is the information I provide confidential?
A: Yes, absolutely. Bella Vida Concierge
employs the latest in technology and ensures that all communications
are secure. Bella Vida Concierge will not share any
personal information with other companies unless it is necessary to
fulfill a request or improve the quality of our services.
Q: Will I have my own personal Concierge?
A: Bella Vida Concierge services are provided
by our in-house professionally trained and experienced team of
concierges, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Our team works
seamlessly, always ensuring prompt and accurate service, regardless
of when you contact us.
Q: Is there a limit to what I can request?
A: Almost none. One of our concierges will always be happy to assist
you long as your request is legal, ethical, and not harmful to
anyone. Requests that take an unusual amount of time (more than an
hour) are subject to an hourly fee. However 98% of all requests are
completed in 60 minutes or less. The Black Membership has no time
limit per request.
Q: Can the Bella Vida Concierge
products and services be customized to my needs?
A: Absolutely. Being a concierge, our primary focus is to tailor our
services to meet our customer’s exact needs or desires. We are
always happy to go the extra mile to ensure our customers receive
exactly what they desire.
Q: What if the service I need is not on your
list?
A: Don't worry! If you don't see the service you require listed on
this site just let us know what you need. Bella Vida
Concierge is committed to providing you the
service you require or we will find someone who will! The Bella Vida
Concierge service can assist you with almost anything
you can imagine.
Q: Can you organize requests anywhere in the
world?
A: Yes. We have a network of suppliers around the world that work 24
hours a day 365 days a year to make sure we can complete your task
no matter where you are.

Travel benefits are accessible to our members via
the Internet and telephone.
Q: Can you organize last minute requests?
A: Yes. We understand that our members lead a busy lifestyle and
therefore request are often last minute. We will strive to fulfill
all requests, even those on short notice. The more time Bella
Vida Concierge has to complete a request, the
better the outcome. We encourage our members to let us know as soon
as possible so that we can prioritize your non-urgent and last
minute requests. For all non-urgent requests an appropriate deadline
will be agreed upon.
Q: How do I become a Bella Vida
Concierge member?

Q: Can a Concierge assist me with services, reservations,
entertainment, travel arrangements and other things when I'm
traveling abroad?
A: Yes. We have offices and affiliates around the world, so
regardless of where you are, you will have someone who is locally
knowledgeable to assist you.
Q: How much does it cost to become a Bella
Vida Concierge Member?
A: The standard 1-year membership fee ranges between the 3 plans.
Q: Can I enroll my spouse or someone in my
household?
A: Yes. Anyone in your family can become an individual Bella Vida
Concierge member as long as they register and pay
the membership fee. Please ask your Bella Vida
Concierge Sales Representative, if you would like to enroll someone.
Q: Can I change my mind and cancel my
membership?
A: You have 3 business days from the date of the sale application to
change your mind without any penalty or obligation. Once this period
has passed and the payment has been processed, the fee is
non-refundable. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments
made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable
instrument executed by you will be returned within 15 BUSINESS DAYS
following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any
security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled.
If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your
residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any
goods delivered to you under this contract or sale. If you fail to
make the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain
liable for the performance of all obligations under the contract.
Cancellation must be in writing and mailed to Bella Vida
International, LLC. 6100 Neil Rd., Suite 500, Reno, NV 89511, NOT
LATER THAN MIDNIGHT of the third business day following the date of
the sale.
Q: How can I cancel my membership with Bella
Vida Concierge?
A: The membership is non-refundable; however, should you wish to
stop using the service and halt any communications from Bella
Vida Concierge, speak with the representative who
invited you into the program. They will take the necessary steps to
address your concerns.
Q: How does someone become a Bella Vida
Concierge Member?
A: Membership packages are only available through authorized Sales
Representatives or Directly through our website.
Simply contact the person who referred you to
this site, your Bella Vida Concierge Sales
Agent for more details or call us at 800.224.9810 and speak to a
concierge.
Q: How do I login to Bella Vida
Concierge?
A: Point your browser to the Bella Vida Concierge
home page located at BVIConcierge.com and click the Login
button.
You will need to have been registered by your Bella Vida
Concierge representative before you will have access.
If you are a first time visitor, you will need to follow the link to
register before you can log in. Your user name is the email address
that you selected when you completed the application form. Speak
with your Senior Representative, Sponsor or Marketing Executive for
additional assistance.
Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Click the ‘forgot password’ button on the login page. After you
enter the email address you provided at registration and click
‘submit’, you will receive an email containing instructions for
resetting your password. Speak with your Senior Representative,
Sponsor or Marketing Executive for additional assistance.

Q: Are the benefits available for my entire
household?
A: Yes. The Bella Vida Concierge membership can
be used by or purchased for any member of your household; however,
as with any account; you will want to limit access to your password
protected account. The name a membership is bought in is the person
who must call to make all requests. Please ask your Sales Agent if
you have additional questions in this area.
Q: When can I begin using Bella Vida
Concierge benefits?
A: As soon as your application form and personal information are
entered into our system, you can start enjoying your benefits by
visiting BVIConcierge.com, or by contacting one of our concierges at
800-224-9810.
Q: Can I change my personal profile?
A: Yes, and it’s easy. Simply login to the Member log in at
BVIConcierge.com site and navigate the area titled My Profile. Speak
with your Sales Representative for additional assistance.
